- Flat rate € 7.90 shipping costs per order
- From an order value of € 150.00 we deliver free of charge (for products up to 120 cm in length)
- DPD for products up to 175 cm length flate-rate = 15,90 €
- GLS for products up to 200 cm length flate-rate =  24,50 €
- UPS for products up to 248 cm length flate-rate = 48,90 €
- UPS for products up to 249 cm length flate-rate = 99,90 €

Shipping Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark:
- Flat rate € 20.90 shipping costs per order (for products up to 120 cm in length)

Foreign orders additional information:
When shipping to countries outside the EU, you only pay the net price plus shipping costs. Please note that deliveries abroad may incur additional costs (customs duties, import sales tax). We only send orders from abroad after receipt of payment.

Shipping across customs borders
There are generally no customs duties when shipping items within the European Union. As a rule, there is no need to register with customs. The package is simply delivered by the shipping service provider.

When we ship goods outside of the European Union, we attach a customs declaration and an invoice to the package. The customs authority of the recipient country checks the consignment and the documents upon import. The recipient is responsible for the customs declaration and compliance with the import regulations. Fees or taxes may be incurred as part of the customs procedure. Please note: these fees must be paid by the recipient. Before placing your order, please inform yourself about the import regulations in your country. You can usually find the relevant information on the website of the customs authorities.

When does the order arrive?
After we have sent the package, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the shipping service provider. There you will also find the shipment number and a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery yourself at any time.

As a rule, delivery within Germany takes place two to four days after receipt of payment. In rare cases, however, there may be delays at the shipping service provider. Please contact us if delivery is delayed.

It can happen that we have to distribute your order over several deliveries. If that is the case, we will inform you in good time.

KLARNA payment option

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Installment purchase : With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you submit your order.
Direct debit: The debit will take place after the goods have been shipped. The time will be communicated to you by e-mail. (Please list here only those payment methods that are also offered by you).

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Payment in advance (3 % discount)
After placing your order, you will receive an email from us with our bank details. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment. We reserve your ordered items for you until payment, a maximum of 7 days remain for you until payment. Please make sure that your order number and your customer number are stated in the purpose of your transfer. If you should pay several orders at the same time, we ask you to transfer the individual amounts separately. In Germany and in most European countries, you usually only need your IBAN. For transfers from countries outside the EU - such as Switzerland - you also need to enter your BIC.

Purchase on invoice
After your second order, we will be happy to activate the purchase on account for you.
 
Payment upon pickup
After making an appointment, you are also welcome to come by, pick up the goods and pay the outstanding invoice amount.
The following options are available to you: Cash, EC, credit card, PayPal (Paypal app or account required).
 
Foreign orders
You can choose from the following payment options: PayPal or advance payment (advance transfer).
